DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS IN LITHUANIA

In Lithuania, we deliver shipments to the specified address via courier or to the specified Omniva post office.

In Lithuania, we also provide the COD service – during the delivery of the parcel to the home, the recipient pays for the parcel in cash (it is better to have the amount without a refund) or by card.

Shipments in Lithuania are delivered FREE OF CHARGE if the amount of the basket after the applied discounts is 30 EUR or more.

For shipments with a value of up to 30 EUR, the shipping price in Lithuania is 3.00 – 4.00 Eur depending on the type of shipment.

Shipments in Lithuania are delivered within 2-3 days.

90 percent. cases under normal public conditions, shipments are usually delivered within 1-2 days. Courier services also deliver to post offices on Saturdays. Shipments may be delayed in adverse circumstances.

We work with couriers with whom we have a contract, but from the moment we deliver the shipment to them, we can no longer regulate the shipment route and receive the same information as the customer who ordered the products. We can only help through our courier manager by correcting the booking information – for example, if the customer specified a bad apartment no. or incorrectly entered your phone. no. Therefore, in the event of a shipment delay or any other circumstance that resulted in you not receiving your shipment, you can write us a request to help us discover the shipment and we will always help.

We are an honest manufacturer and for our part we always do our best to make the customer happy and satisfied with the quality of service. Occasionally there are errors, so we ask for your understanding, we will try to correct them and compensate for the loss. However, if we do everything right and the customer speaks to us in an uncensored, disrespectful language, we reserve the right to block the profiles of disrespectful and rude customers and not to sell our goods without explaining the reason.

We remind you that according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, cosmetics are not returned goods.

We send our goods to all countries of the world.

In EU countries, we give free shipping to Lietuvos Paštas when the order amount exceeds EUR 100.

Delivery time 1-14 working days.
